Traffic 360 / We Source 360
B2B promotional-product sourcing, personalization, and multi-vendor commerce
A modular Laravel commerce platform for sourcing promotional products, customizing print options, managing supplier catalogues, and processing customer orders through Stripe or purchase orders, with vendor portals, inventory, catalogues, and reporting.
Case Study Overview & Implementation
Project overview
Traffic 360 / We Source 360 is a B2B commerce and promotional-product sourcing platform that connects supplier catalogues, customizable merchandise, customer purchasing, and order administration in a single Laravel application.
Customer experience
Customers register for approved access, browse and search products, explore variants and quantity-based prices, save wishlists and addresses, and build database-backed shopping carts. Printing positions, techniques, artwork uploads, and area/color pricing support personalized merchandise. Checkout supports Stripe card payments and purchase orders, followed by order history and confirmation emails.
Supplier and administration workflows
Approved vendors access product and order administration, while the admin panel manages customers, suppliers, staff permissions, publishing, media, content, coupons, and newsletters. Midocean, PF Concept, and Makito adapters support supplier catalogue, stock, price, printing-data, and supported order operations. A scheduled command coordinates synchronization using configurable vendor intervals.
Sales and reporting tools
Customers can organize products into catalogues and generate presentations. PDF invoices and spreadsheet reports support order, stock, product, vendor, commission, and coupon workflows. Inventory logs and order items retain stock movements and supplier-specific purchase details.
Application architecture
The system is a modular monolith built with PHP, Laravel 11, and MySQL. A custom module provider registers feature routes, migrations, views, and translations. Controllers use FormRequests or inline validation, repositories, shared traits, and Eloquent models. Blade, Bootstrap, jQuery/AJAX, and server-side DataTables power the interfaces; Vite and Tailwind tooling are also present.
Engineering highlights
- Separate customer, vendor, and administrator authentication with approval checks and permission controls.
- Supplier-specific adapters behind shared synchronization and pricing workflows.
- Relational product variants, quantity-tier prices, printing options, and inventory records.
- Stripe and purchase-order checkout integrated with order persistence and stock updates.
- Queued marketing email, cached supplier data and currency conversion, and document generation.
